Welcome to the DIAS-2 study,
an ongoing phase III study of Desmoteplase in acute ischemic stroke in the time-window of 3-9 hours after stroke onset.The DIAS-2 study is a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, single bolus, multinational, multi-centre, parallel group, dose-ranging trial with recombinant Desmoteplase.
186 patients will be enrolled into DIAS-2.
